Ummm

I bought and ifit vue and every three days or so my battery gets below 50 and it wont sync to the app. I need the app in order for the device to work right!! This app needs some serious help. Im giving this company a month to fix or Im switching to Fitbit. My battery is at 100% today and it wont sync. Fix the app!!!!
