Very frustrating

When you say its compatible with iPhone you forgot to mention it will do the bare minimum. Wont let me get my text messages on the ifit vue and wont pair. The app itself is frustrating. No way to delete a mistake not even with a hard reset. When are you going to fix the issues? I would like to get full use of what I purchased.
